How do I issue a code for telephone response?


On the home page, you have to click on the link "order an internet code and password" or

After clicking on the link, you will access a page offering you the possibility to order a personal internet user code and, below, the possibility to order a secret code for call centers.

Under "PIN code" you have to click on "Order now".

After clicking on "Order now", you must enter the ID card number and date of birth of the insured person for whom you wish to order a code. It is also necessary to enter an e-mail address (currently you can use any e-mail address and it is not mandatory to provide the e-mail address of the insured person himself) in the "E-mail" and "E-mail verification" fields.

After clicking on "Send", a screen will appear to confirm or correct the details.  After clicking on "Confirm", an email will be sent to the address entered. If the delivery of the email is delayed by several minutes, please check if it did not arrive in the junk mail folder, or in the "All emails" folder.

The email that will be sent will contain a link: "click on this link to log in". After clicking on the link, fill in the ID number, date of birth and date of issue of the ID card.  In addition, it is necessary to enter the cell phone number and e-mail address at which you wish to receive the code (it is not necessary to enter the exact e-mail address or cell phone number of the insured person himself).

You must also check the boxes "I am not a robot" and "I have read and understood the terms of use".

Then click on "Send me a secret code" and the code will be sent to the e-mail address and cell phone number provided by the insured.
